FIA Complaint Cell - Federal Investigating Agency (FIA) has set up Special Cell for entertaining complaints of Overseas Pakistanis and Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF). FIA has dedicated Helplines 051-111-345-786 and 051-9261104, official telephone number 051-9260951, Fax number 051-9261043 and e-mail address: directorimmigration@gmail.com to lodge/register their complaints during their visit to or stay in Pakistan as well as at airports of the country during their travelling.
FOSOverseas Federal Ombudsman and Grievance Commissioner Cell - Online Complaint - Mission: To advance the welfare of Pakistanis working or settled abroad or their families living in Pakistan and to resolve their individual and systemic problems / issues against the Federal Government Agencies / Departments of Pakistan within the scope of Ombudsman laws.
CM Punjab - Online Complaint - Punjab Government introduced special helpline for overseas Pakistanis to facilitate them. Now they can get help any time by using this helpline anytime
The helpline number is +92 42 111-672-672. Now by dialing this number the overseas Pakistanis can register their complaints any time. Now they can complain their issues at any time and any day. This helpline service is available for seven days and for twenty four hours.
The aim of the commission is to compensate the issues and complaints faced by the overseas Pakistanis. The issues that can be complained can be of following topics:
