FIA Complaint Cell - Federal Investigating Agency (FIA) has set up Special Cell for entertaining complaints of Overseas Pakistanis and Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF). FIA has dedicated Helplines 051-111-345-786 and 051-9261104, official telephone number 051-9260951, Fax number 051-9261043 and e-mail address: directorimmigration@gmail.com to lodge/register their complaints during their visit to or stay in Pakistan as well as at airports of the country during their travelling.

FOS Overseas Federal Ombudsman and Grievance Commissioner Cell - Online Complaint - Mission: To advance the welfare of Pakistanis working or settled abroad or their families living in Pakistan and to resolve their individual and systemic problems / issues against the Federal Government Agencies / Departments of Pakistan within the scope of Ombudsman laws.

CM Punjab - Online Complaint - Punjab Government introduced special helpline for overseas Pakistanis to facilitate them. Now they can get help any time by using this helpline anytime

The helpline number is +92 42 111-672-672. Now by dialing this number the overseas Pakistanis can register their complaints any time. Now they can complain their issues at any time and any day. This helpline service is available for seven days and for twenty four hours.
The aim of the commission is to compensate the issues and complaints faced by the overseas Pakistanis. The issues that can be complained can be of following topics:

Family disputes
Criminal case
Telephone connection/problems
Electricity connections/problems
Sui Gas connections/problems
Water connections
Travel Agents & Airlines related cases
Employment requests/recommendations

Punjab Police Complaints Center - Previously the complaints were received through post or a person had to travel to Lahore to submit his complaint in person at the Inspector General of Police office. The new intervention aims at receiving complaints through SMS and voice calls on a short code (8787). Moreover, complaints are also received online as well as through emails....... CNIC Verification - NADRA ID-V (Instant CNIC Verification)

Send an SMS containing the number of the CNIC (without dashes) to be verified to 7000.
In response, the system will send you the actual name and other particulars of the person to whom the CNIC in question was issued.
Under the hood, the system will tap - in real time - NADRA's National Data Warehouse.
Your handset must support Urdu character set.

SIM Information & Verification System - Pakistan

Just enter your/someone's CNIC number and click on Submit button.
In response the system will tell you the total number of SIM(s) registered against the respective CNIC number with each mobile operator.

Vote Verification - ECP Pakistan

Simply send your CNIC number (without dashes) to 8300
Soon you will recieve a reply with following information.

Your CNIC number
Electroal Area, i.e. District, Tehsil and city/town/village.
Block Code
Serial Number
